DO NOT USE These guys legitimately mess with your car and then try to make you pay to fix it. I wonder how many of these 5 stars reviews are fake or people who had no idea they got scammed? Went for an oil change and the check engine light and car wouldn’t start. Was told transmission was shot. Towed vehicle to a rebuild shop. Car was completely fine and was told that someone messed with the ecm wiring in the box and fuses were pulled. FRAUD

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I brought in my truck for an oil change and a fuel filter. First, they wouldn’t even drive it out of the bay to me because they KNEW they made a mistake. I get into my truck and it won’t switch gears. I had absolutely no issues before bringing my vehicle here. Now my truck won’t even move. I had to have it towed and the employees were less than helpful and extremely disrespectful. I had someone take a look underneath and they found wires ripped out.. Would highly recommend not using this establishment unless you enjoy spending $220.46 for your vehicle to then not run.

Fast service

I had to pull them up to send my son to them for inspection. I realized I hadn't given a review and it is overdue. I have taken my vehicle here for inspections since I moved to Granbury. I live on Acton side of town but I pass all the other shops to come here. I have never had an issue with personnel or service. I know inspections are not a money maker but it is nice to have a trusted place to go to and then I jot over to grab registration. Convenient and friendly.

I have used this place since I moved here in 2016 and have always received good service and care to my vehicle. But after this last service I am thoroughly disappointed. My oil plug was not replaced as required during a VW service and that had always been done because the mechanics knew that of you didn’t replace a squish bolt or plug they will fail and or leak. Now I brought it back after a large 1qt of oil in my driveway but they couldn’t find any signs of the leak and blamed it on the oil temp/level sensor on the bottom of the oil pan. Well needless to say I went about my business and drove my car after they checked it to Seguin just to have the speed sensor, the abs sensor and the entire undercarriage and all wiring and plugs soaked in 5w30 because in fact the drain plug wasn’t replaced and was just reused and blue thread sealant slopped over it to make it look like they had actually done their job. So now after 2 days of being stranded 4 hours from home I have to clean every single plug and sensor that was touched by the motor oil as it will corrode every plastic piece it touches. 14 hours and lots of degreaser and lots of rags and lots of reaching into what was previously a spotless and extremely well kept VW Engine and undercarriage with not one spot of oil or grease to a now destroyed car. So the sensor failures from several plugs being soaked in the leak from the plug that they failed to replace is now costing me $1500+ in just parts. Not to even mention the steam cleaning required to correct this and the labor to replace the parts. Sorry but I will see y’all in court.
