More than an Oil Change... Brought my old sports car in for a quick inspection and oil change, but had a question about a rough idle. Tony got out the Diagnostic Analyzer, and walked me through exactly what he was seeing, and what it would take to fix it with the right OEM parts. At a price that was less than 1/2 of what my last 'Expert' mechanic charged me and swore it was resolved. The next afternoon, my car was running better than it had run in 15 years (with the diagnostics to prove it), and then they walked me through another problem (i didn't tell them about) that they found and fixed for no charge. Tony and Expressway are the best thing to happen to my car in years, and i recommend anyone who has a question or issue with their car, talk to Tony. If it can be fixed, he'll make happen.

My wife went in with our three children to get a simple inspection done. She was told to stay in the car and to do the brake test and all other inspection related exercises herself due to the pandemic. She was then told that it failed inspection due to a power steering leak. Which somehow they observed from looking under the hood in a stopped position. They informed her two hoses were leaking. She then asked the cost of repair. They told her it would be 360 dollars. Wow!!! Just for two hoses. She told them no of course and drove the car home. I inspected the car found no problems. I had just replaced all a radiator hose the week prior and checked all fluids as well as a brake job and oil change. Then I took the 2009 vw routan to another service place. I asked the guys there to come look under the hood with me. They found nothing wrong and issued me an inspection. I can't believe these people would take advantage of a mother and three children like that!

Went for a oil change and asked for synthetic blend. For whatever reason the guy had a less than professional attitude. When I paid the bill the receipt listed they put in conventional Pennzoil. Got into my care and there was oil smudges on my windshield where they placed the mileage sticker. I am old fashion and expect quality and courtesy in exchange for my money and business. Over all not a good experience and will not return
