My wife brought her Tahoe in because there was a problem with the a/c. $350 later and Ray said he had fixed the problem. When they tried to up sale a radiator and transmission flush my wife declined. Less than a week later and the a/c went out again. Ray told my wife it was 2 more things. Price $250. My wife called and asked me I said no. Ray told her to pick up the parts and it would take him 1.5 hours to fix. Again I told her I would make time to fix it. It took me 10 minutes to install the blower motor. The other piece, Ray said it needed, was not bad. When I called to speak to the manager, Al, he informed me "sometimes that happens." I informed him he lost my business and my company's business. Sorry but you don't do that to people. I eagerly await a reply from the owner.
