Went there for a safety inspection and was turned away and told they’d met their “quota” for the day and weren’t doing any…. Another shop I went to said there is no such thing!

Definitely recommend this place. They are all so nice and do great work. Highly recommend Ray who is such a huge blessing!

This place used to be good. Last 6 months and it happened again now. And I would say, I will never comeback this place for a third time. 6 months ago, I took my truck here, and first thing this guy was the one supposed to be takin care of my truck. (Old guy wearing hats all the time) So I gave him my insurance card, which my insurance card, was few days expired but not the year, and he did not accept my card, bcoz my insurance card it’s been few days expired. I did not print the new one yet bcoz I did not really check or pay attention to it. It’s a big deal to him, so I left. And today, it happened again, my cards say that expired 12/8/23 which just few days ago. Isn’t this considerable? As long as it’s not the year expired ? My car is worth than the inspection cost. I wonder this guy if he did this to everyone or just to me? That’s my question. I even tell him I can call my insurance and tell them to send me a copy, but he refuses to do the work without the card on my hand. And I conclude that I will not go back to this place. Rather, I will bring my car to the place where the brand my car is. So if this was just happening to me, I will presume that this guy is racist. But if it never happened to anybody or if this is how it really works? Well, my apology! But many of my friends told me that depends of the inspection place. So ? Which do I believe now? So many people doesn’t know the policy well enough.? I’m just curious what happened in this country now.?

I stopped by after tacos and nachos after getting 3 quotes for an oil change. And yall gave me the best deal around! You also made me feel like a part of the family while I was in my car! I know they have my back, and they sure have Granburys, too! Way to go, yall! I just want to buy all of you lunch and give you so many hugs! They send you a customer service survey to fill out after service, and I couldn't access the link for it. But I'd like to see if someone could send the link again. So these other reviews for this place is WRONG or old as hell cause I had an issue now 3 seperate times with my truck and being a single mom very new to this whole area I was tired of other places screwing me and taking advantage of the situation of dealing with a women and not a man and being basically robbed every other place I went but from the first time of me using express way the owner himself helped me and nit only that but it wasn't what everywhere place told me which would if cost me over $1000 he told me exactly what it was and saved me luke 75%. Then the second issue came up and I swear my transmission was going out but the crew at express way took my truck did their thing and come to find out is was a dimple fix ( I'd put way too much transmission fluid in it was all) and they drained some check all my other fluids and reassured me everything was gonna be OK then. So without a thought when my truck was feeling funny to me and no clue what it could be I called them up and the owner Ray told me to bring in and he'd look at it no problem, so again I took truck in and Ray first hand assessed the issue and let me know what was messing up and told me an estimate to how much I needed to fix it and about how long I'd have to save it up before it was completely messed up and gone out. Which for me is big. To know my truck is one thing I've drove it for years fixed all I could myself and know how she feels and runs but Ray didn't even laugh at it he made sure that I knew what I was feeling and why and now once I get the money saved up for sure express way and Ray and his crew are the only others besides me that will touch my truck. Thanks guys for helping out this single mom and not making her feel stupid and being understanding as in not everyone can afford repairs but a heads up on what the issue is and what I need to worry about fixing now and what I can hold off on until next payday helps out more than words can express. SO IF U NEED YOUR CAR OR TRUCK FIXED AND FIXED RIGHT AMD QUICK WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE THEN GO SEE THE CREW AT EXPRESS WAY IN GRANBURY O AND ITS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED NIT A BIG CHAIN WHERE UR JUST A NUMBER ON AN INVOICE AT EXPRESS WAY YOU GET THE " PART OF THE FAMILY" TREATMEMT.

It is such a pleasure to work with the professional team at Pennzoil Granbury! I adore ladies day for savings. Ray is outstanding and is very knowledgeable at his job. I highly recommend this great and honest team!

Highly recommend, have been going here for years and one of the main reasons is their staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’d give them 10 stars if it was an option!
